This Vegan Breakfast Sandwich is topped with an eggy tofu, tempeh bacon, tomato jam and your favorite veggies for an easy delicious breakfast that everyone will enjoy.
2. Make the eggy tofu marinade: In a small mixing bowl whisk together 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp ground mustard, 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp black salt, 1/4 tsp onion powder, and 1/3 cup plant milk.
4. Add oil to a skillet over medium heat and cook the Eggy Tofu for 5 – 7 minutes on each side. (Note: You may also air fry your tofu while making the bacon if you’d like).
