Ingredients:
- 5 medium tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Cut and core tomatoes.
2. Add all ingredients including cut tomatoes to a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 1 hour or until thick.
3. Store in a tightly closed jar for up to one week.
