Top whole wheat toast with mashed avocado and season with your favorite toppings: salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, arugula, tomato, plant-based sausage, or roasted pumpkin seeds…the possibilities are endless.

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1 avocado
- Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, to taste
- Optional toppings: plant-based sausage, roasted pumpkin seeds, sliced tomato, arugula, scrambled plant-based egg
Directions:
1. Toast bread.
2. Top each slice of bread with 1/2 an avocado, mashed.
3. Sprinkle each slice with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional).
4. Top with toppings of your choice: plant-based sausage, roasted pumpkin seeds, sliced tomato & arugula, scrambled plant-based egg, or your favorite avocado toast topping.
