Ingredients:
- Whole wheat tortilla wrap
- 1 pouch cooked brown rice
- 1 can seasoned black beans (sprinkle with a little taco seasoning, optional)
- Roasted corn, frozen
- 1 container guacamole
- Seasoned tofu or plant-based chick’n or beef strips
- Salsa
- Dairy-free cheese
Directions:
1. Warm or cook rice, according to package instructions.
2. Warm beans (sprinkled with taco seasoning, optional), corn, and tofu or plant-based strips in the microwave or stove top.
3. Spread warmed mixture (rice, beans, corn, tofu or plant-based strips) on warmed tortilla. Top with a couple of spoonfulls of guacamole, salsa, and dairy-free cheese
4. Roll-up tortilla to make a burrito. Enjoy!
