On March 24, 2025, the Monday Campaigns entered a new and exciting phase, with several core partners taking the lead in spreading the Monday movement. Syracuse University will now oversee the Healthy Monday campaign, including a new Healthy Monday website, social media, and newsletters, which include practices and programs from DeStress Monday and Move It Monday. Meatless Monday has a new Meatless Monday Resource Center, which will be housed with our long-time science advisor and partner, the Johns Hopkins Center for a Livable Future (CLF) at the Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Destress Monday resources can be found on the new Healthy Monday website under “stress management” on the Resources page or the Find a Program page.

Where can I find Move It Monday resources?

Move It Monday resources can be found on the new Healthy Monday website under “physical activity” on the Resources page or the Find a Program page.

Where can I find Meatless Monday resources?

You can find Meatless Monday resources at the new Meatless Monday Resource Center. Existing Meatless Monday resources will remain accessible here for the immediate future, but they will eventually be archived.

What is happening with Quit and Stay Quit Monday, Kids Cook Monday, and Caregiver Monday?

While these campaigns are not currently being updated, their resources will remain accessible on this website until they find a long-term home with a partner organization or institution.
